Get addicted to feeling great!

That’s the secret to forever fitness. You have to love feeling great more than you love feeling so-so, or average, or sick. You don’t have to love every workout, or getting up early, or even cooking, you just have to love how doing all those things makes you feel.

It’s the addiction that keeps us coming back for more. It’s all the gifts we get from being fit; from playing with our grandchildren, to running our first marathon, to getting off the medication, the only limit is our imagination.

Write it down right now!

“I’m going to run a 5k before I turn 50.”

“I will lose 20-pounds before my next birthday.”

Then put it somewhere you see it every single day.
